About this product

A big 300g Milka sharing bar with layers inside: crisp biscuit, a cocoa cream and a milk cream, all wrapped in Alpine milk chocolate.

This is one of Milka's extra-large 300g bars, the kind sold in Europe under the Mmmax banner. Inside the chocolate shell you get three fillings stacked together: a cocoa cream (about 28% of the bar), a milk cream (about 18%) and crunchy biscuit (about 13%).

The outside is Milka chocolate made with 100% Alpine milk. Depending on the country, the same bar is labeled Choco Swing, Choco & Biscuit or, in Germany, Schoko & Keks.

It is made by Mondelez International, the company behind Milka. Malincho sells it in the USA as an independent retailer.

Taste and serving ideas

How it tastes

Each thick square starts with smooth milk chocolate, then turns soft and creamy in the middle. The cocoa cream gives a darker, cookie-like chocolate note, the milk cream keeps it mellow, and the biscuit adds a light crunch at the end.

It is richer than a plain Milka tablet, so a couple of squares go a long way.

Ways to enjoy it

The size makes it a natural for family movie nights, office desks and road trips. Break it up on a plate and let everyone help themselves.

For dessert, chop a few squares and fold them into vanilla ice cream or sprinkle them over a bowl of yogurt for crunch.

What makes it different

Most Milka tablets have a single filling or none at all. This bar layers two creams and a biscuit, so it eats more like a filled cookie bar than a chocolate tablet.

At 300g it is about three times the weight of a standard Milka bar, which makes it one of the better values for sharing.

Party idea: cut the bar along its grooves into small cubes and serve them in a bowl next to coffee. The layers show nicely on the cut side.
