Noisette is the French word for hazelnut, and that is the whole idea of this bar. Instead of whole or chopped nuts, finely ground hazelnut paste is blended right into the milk chocolate. It makes up 13% of the recipe.
This is the large MMMAX size, which in Germany and Austria is sold as Milka MMMAX Noisette or Milka Großtafel Noisette. At 250g it is about two and a half times the weight of a regular Milka tablet, with thicker squares to match.
